Ok so if you live on the east coast like me, then you know our weather has been one crazy roller coaster ride. Just when it started to feel like spring I purchased the Gucci Princetown Mules I talked about in my previous post. Before I had a chance to rock these babies we had a snowstorm, and temperatures dropped below the freezing mark. This week it started to feel like spring and I finally had a chance to wear them.
My outfit was all about taking a simplistic approach to styling spring’s hottest looks. I’m
wearing a pair of distressed suspender boyfriend jeans by Hidden Jean, these are a light wash which are perfect for the weather. Switching over from dark wash to light wash jeans, is something people tend to forget about in
the spring. Now is the perfect time to break out your light wash jeans, or invest in a good pair.
Embroidery jackets have been a major trend this season. Brands like Gucci, Stella McCartney & Philipp Plein offer some amazing statement jackets ranging from denim, bombers & leather. The jacket I fell in love with is by House of Holland, I think it’s a great
alternative to the more expensive versions. When styling yourself this spring keep in mind that
less is more when going casual, but don’t forget to add a little flair in there too.
The shoes I’m wearing are the Gucci Princetown Mules. As I told you guys before, these shoes are extra comfortable and so chic, they really do go with everything which is why
I love them so much. My outfit has a very minimalistic look, with casual tones and a bit of edge and the shoes fit right in.
